Do less and make more

There's one simple thing that works every time.

Every.

Single.

Time.

Simplifying. 

It's super counter-intuitive. As humans we tend to always overcomplicate.

Add more staff. Add more marketing steps. Add another funnel. More landing pages. More more MOARRRRRRRRR.

And one day you wake up and you realize your todo list is gigantic and impossible to ever accomplish even if you lived three lifetimes.

I know. I've been there. It's a constant struggle.

Consider simplifying instead of complexifying 

(yes, "complexifying" is a word. Don't look it up. Just trust me on this one).

Do less. Make more.
